1. Acceptance

By downloading or using this app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the application.

2. Account Creation

MusiQ allows users to create an account using their Google Account or Apple ID. During account creation, if shared, users' email addresses and names are recorded for service purposes.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions

Paid Subscription "PREMIUM": a subscription fee-based program that gives access to extra content.

You will only have access to the Subscription Program while your subscription is active and subsisting. You can become a subscriber to the Subscription Program by purchasing a subscription to the Products within the Apps, where allowed by the Application Marketplace Partners.

Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone application, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund.

Your purchase will be subject to Apple's applicable payment policy, which also may not provide refunds. If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play store, the sale is final, and we will not provide a refund.

MusiQ offers weekly, monthly and annual subscription options. For the purposes of our weekly, monthly and annual subscriptions, a week constitutes 7 calendar days, a month constitutes 30 calendar days, and a year constitutes 365 calendar days.

"Monthly" and "Weekly" subscription is paid in weekly and monthly installments.

Renewal subscription fees will continue to be billed to the Payment Method you provided automatically until canceled.

You must cancel your subscription before it renews to prevent the next subscription fee from being billed to the Payment Method you provided.

"Yearly" subscription is paid for by an upfront one-off payment with automatic annual renewals. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the renewal subscription fee to the Payment Method you provided. Refunds cannot be claimed for any partial subscription period.

4. Advertisements

MusiQ utilizes Google's Admob service for displaying ads. Advertisements may appear during app usage and may be targeted to enhance the user experience.

5. Data Privacy

Personal data shared while using MusiQ (such as name and email) is used solely to provide app services. We prioritize the confidentiality of your personal information. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

MusiQ does not host any user-generated content. As such, the app is not liable for any content shared by users, as there are no content creation or sharing functionalities within the app.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The MusiQ app and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use of MusiQ, its content, or services provided is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MusiQ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app. The app is used at the user's own risk, and MusiQ accepts no direct or indirect liability for issues encountered during usage.
